Ordering status

Orders are not open yet. We’re finalizing the production sample, cover construction and delivery details.

You can explore the product and ask about availability. Sending an inquiry does not reserve a mat, create an order or take payment.

Price & payment

BackMat is $99 USD per mat, plus applicable tax and customer-paid shipping and handling. Your full total will be shown before payment.

When checkout is enabled, payment will be handled on Stripe’s hosted checkout. This site does not collect card details directly.

Shipping & dispatch

Shipping and handling are paid by the customer. Charges and available destinations will be published before paid orders open.

Dispatch timing will be published after the production sample and supplier schedule are approved.

Dispatch means the mat leaves us. Carrier transit time is additional. We will confirm the available delivery services, charge and latest dispatch date before payment.

Returns & cancellations

Returns and cancellation terms will be published before paid orders open.

Before paid orders open, we will also publish how to request a cancellation, when an order can be cancelled, and how approved refunds are handled.

Product details

The prototype footprint is 24 × 48 inches. The original build used plywood and a yoga mat. Final covered dimensions, thickness, weight, production materials, closure and care instructions depend on the completed production sample.

Product and lifestyle images are digitally generated. People shown are illustrative, not customer testimonials. Final materials and appearance may differ.

BackMat has not been clinically tested. No medical benefit is promised or established.

Your privacy

A bag quantity saved during an earlier visit may remain in your browser. It contains no name, address or payment details. Your browser’s site-data controls can clear it.

When you send the inquiry form, we save your name, email address, topic and message privately to handle your inquiry, then delete them after 90 days during daily cleanup. Limited technical information is used to prevent spam and keep the service working. A form submission does not place an order. Please do not include payment details or sensitive health information.

When paid orders open, Stripe’s checkout privacy practices will also apply to payments.

To request removal of an inquiry, email matthew.rodriguez@rrinvestment.group with your reference number. If you use the direct email link, your email provider’s privacy practices also apply.
